CHARIS has an advisory service on these issues, headed by Bishop Peter Smith (Auxiliary Bishop of Portland, Oregon, and also Ecclesiastical Assistant of CHARIS) and Bishop Etienne Vetö (Auxiliary Bishop of Reims, France).
Basic canonical and theological issues can be covered here. More complex issues may require additional support in your specific locations.
